Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Every order from waitroseh is protected. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Covered situations

• Transit damage.
• Defective items or items that cannot be used as described.
• Wrong item received.
• Item materially different from its product page.

Not covered

• Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
• Incorrect product, flavor, size, or quantity chosen at checkout.
• Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless tied directly to a reported defect.
• Unauthorized returns.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Request steps

Email support@waitroseh.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Return costs

For approved claims, waitroseh issues a prepaid return label or reimburses approved return-shipping costs when a physical return is required. No restocking fee applies to approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the item against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. Claims may be denied if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may need another 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
